Quorn is better for you than chicken?


Hello. Hope everyone's having a good day. Just sat down at my desk with a lovely lemon tea.
Haven't got long because I've got tons of work to do but I just saw this really interesting article by Jane Clarke on yesterday's Mail Online.
She recommends meat-eaters to swap to Quorn because the rich mycoprotein in it is wonderful for reducing cholesterol levels.
She also says studies show mycoprotein is more likely to fill you up than something like chicken.
